Susara Pretorius Studied her Bachelor of Education at University of Johannesburg

business management and planning skills obtained from managing her own businesses outside the

Education sector.

She was the CEO Property Development Company, with a focus on new property developments, as well as

the sale of new and existing properties within the East Rand of Gauteng Province. Personally

responsible forthe performance and staff management of 23 Estate Agents.

Schangue Pretorius- Strategy and Planning and Communication - Director

He Studied Geography and Environmental Management at University of Free State

A passionate and ambitious Head of Strategy and Planning and Communication Able to utilise creative skills

to design and implement well-received plans and structured programs. Demonstrate Pleasure in working

with different Professional People and Remarkable people skills which include client relations, management

as well as the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. He has

experience in the Property and Mining Sector.

Neal Lochenberg- Administration / Marketing

Has honed his impeccable administrative, managerial and organizational skills over many years in

education. Neal is also a qualified Labour Law consultant as well as a Human Resource Practitioner which

has placed him in a very strategic position regarding effective organizational operations. In addition Neal

also has extensive exposure regarding project funding which is a crucial element for growth and

He has been actively involved in road, rail, and air and water transport logistics for the past 18 years. More

than half of this period was spent in managing supply chain process for coal exploration. This included a

great deal of road, rail and water transportation and Construction Projects. Among others, He has worked

for Lufthansa Cargo Airline, Ford Motor Company of South Africa and GiJima Supply Chains. He ventured into
